WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW?

We ask you to simply read the Bible for yourself and consider the evidence. Read the Scriptures referred to for yourself, and particularly the context. These notes have only touched on a part of the story and have referred to but a fraction of the Biblical evidence. Speak to a Christadelphian who can open the Scriptures and help you further. We highly recommend that you consider a series of Exploring the Bible lessons. These can be obtained through http://exploringthebible.net/

Don’t just sit back and worry about where the world is heading without doing anything further. Find out what the Bible says about it. Search out for yourself the true meaning of the Gospel. Also, look up what the Bible says about baptism, by the immersion of an adult in water, into the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

I am sure we all express sympathy for those who are suffering from events in the US. We should always remember others in our prayers and pray that Christ will return soon. Remember that there are millions of people suffering throughout the whole world. Pray for the soon return of Jesus Christ to this earth that the suffering might end (James 5v17-20). Psalm 72v4 says that God “shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.” God will “strengthen the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees…. Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.” (Isaiah 35v3,5).

Isn’t this the sort of world you want to live in?
