I have a question on this verse. What is the significance of God saying inhabitant/Man instead of Men. According to Young LT they are both Singular. Why would the KJV put them asplural if it is singular [providing this is the correct translation] Any thoughts?

(KJV) Isaiah 5:3 And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard.

(Rotherham) Isaiah 5:3 Now, therefore, O inhabitant of Jerusalem, And men of Judah,--Judge, I pray you, betwixt me, and my vineyard:--

(Young) Isaiah 5:3 And now, O inhabitant of Jerusalem, and man of Judah, Judge, I pray you, between me and my vineyard.

And now dweller of Jerusalem and man of Judah judge!! please!! between me and vineyard of me.
