The mixing of the Middle East populations of the adherents of Islam round about the returned remnant part of Israel today are the focus of the visions of the Bible prophets reserved for the time of the end of this present age [Daniel 2:40-43; 8:23-25]

The scriptures of the Lord's Word totally refute the claims of these other off spring of Abraham who embrace the Islamic folly of "god" granted rights to the land of Israel

The only solution for the current stand off is the return of Israel's Messiah and King, Jesus Christ, who will bring the time of "Jacob's trouble" pressuring His people Israel

His visitation will result in the restoration of the kingdom to a believing remnant part during this 70th week decreed for the nation

The scriptures point to the Middle East as the setting for the time of the end .... to Israel and to the nations round about .... the surrounding enemies of Israel and the Lord

These modern day Islamic states are referenced in the prophetic scriptures here:[Psalms 83; Ezekiel 36; 38; Daniel 2:40-43; 7:7-25; 8:23-25; Joel 2:20; 3; Obadiah 1:1-21; Micah 5:5-6; Zechariah 12; 14; Luke 21:20-24]

Mapping references for the ancient core lands of the post flood era with modern names and current borders:

http://go.hrw.com/at..._htm/turkey.htm
http://go.hrw.com/at...rm_htm/iran.htm

The ancient post flood "land" of Magog [northern Iraq today] is the same core region that produced the next rulers of the Middle East .... the ancient Assyrian Empire [the northern Babylonians] .... whose capital city was at Nineveh .... just across the Tigris River from Mosul, Iraq [the subsequent rulers of the same region were the neo-Babylonians, Medes, Persians, Alexander the Great, and Syrio/Babylonia contained within the scope of the prophetic visions] [Daniel 2:31-32; 7:3-6; Revelation 13:1-2;] [Reference the 5 fallen here: Revelation 17:9-10]

It is this nesting that will see the rising of Satan's [gog's] beast in the human little horn and king of the north presented in Daniel's visions at the time of the end of this present age .... Satan is the angelic prince of Mesheck and Tubal in this vision [Ezekiel 38:17] .... and this is his angelic beast in the human little horn [Daniel 7:7-25; 8:9-12; 8:23-25; 9:26-27 [the other prince that shall come]; 11:36-45; 12:7; Revelation 9:1; 9:11; 11:7; 13:1-4; 17:8-14]

The stirring of the Islamic masses and related political governments continues in the Middle East today [Daniel 2:40-43; 8:23-25; 2Thessalonians 2:2-12]..... we are just in front of and outside of the coming tribulation lapse time of the "day of the Lord" .... Jacob's [Israel's] time of trouble [the 70th week decreed for the nation] [Jeremiah 30] .... and the same coming tribulation of His wrath and judgment against an intransigent unbelieving world which will last for 2550 days [1260 days + 1260 days + 30 days] [Psalms 2, Daniel 9, 12; Revelation 6:12-17]

Satan, his beast, false prophet, and angelic and human followers will be in the open on the earth at the beginning of this time frame [Jude 1:6; Revelation 9:1-11; 9:13-19; 11:7; 12:3-4; 12:7-12; 13:1-4; 13:11-18]

These will proceed to cause great stress and destruction upon the earth, destroy the great city part of MBG [of western origin], fend off opposition from nations outside of the Middle East, and invade and occupy Israel at the middle of the 70th week decreed [Revelation 12:12; 8:6-12; 14:8; 17:16-18; 18:1-21; Ezekiel 38; Daniel 9:26-27; 11:41; [the other prince and his followers]; Zechariah 12, 13, 14; Matthew 24:15-16; Luke 21:20-24;]

The coming battle of Armageddon will begin with the Lord on the ground in the Jordanian wilderness [Bozrah/Petra] where a believing remnant of Israel will flee for His protection when invaded by Satan's beast in the little horn of Daniel's visions at the Middle of the 70th week decreed for the nation [Isaiah 63:1-4; Ezekiel 38; 39; Daniel 11:41; Zechariah 14:3-5; Matthew 24:15-16; Revelation 12:6; 12:14]

He will destroy the beast's garrisons surrounding the remnant and then proceed to Israel where He will rout the beast and his followers northward and eastward to the front battle line along the upper Euphrates River in Syrian territory [Daniel 8:9-14; 9:26-27 [the other prince and his followers]; 11:45]

He will then continue on pushing the remnant of the beast's forces to the borders of Nimrod [southern Iraq and destroying them [Joel 2:20; 3:10-16; Micah 5:5-6; Revelation 14:14-20; 16:1-16; 19:11-21]

The related historical reference of the Middle East below is a "must read" for serious students of the Lord's prophetic word:

Actually I suspect that (many of) the Muslims will submit to Christ when he returns. They're closer to the truth than apostate Christianity is.
"But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect..." (Heb 12:22-23)

There will not be many left when the battle is over, however there will be some who will turn and enter His millennial kingdom [Zechariah 14]

I don't think they'll be fighting against him in the first place. The nations in Ezekiel 38 (which is the battle immediately before the return of Christ) are Japhethite. To be Arabic they'd have to be Shemite.

Well you can think what you want ... but the land areas described in Ezekiel 38 are primarily Mesopotamian, Median, Iranian, and Egyptian [only the Medes and part of the Iranians and Turks are of Japhetic origin] .... and the population mix in the region today is all primarily Islamic and of Semitic, Hamitic, Turk, Edomite, and Arabic, origins just as the prophetic scriptures describe them .... so are those noted in Psalms 83

The post flood settlements of Japhetic lineage were either driven out and or migrated out of the Middle East long ago and were displaced by those of the adherents of Islam today

I can see why you are having trouble with your position which you have been taught by reformation theology that emerged from the middle to the late 19th century forward .... the various and off setting restoration movements of the time were simply misled by their founders' teachings

Some of them were the Millerites, Ellen White, John Thomas, Joseph Smith, and Charles Russell .... all set out to form proprietary and exclusive sectored religious organizations

I would strongly suggest that you make an effort to restudy the prophetic scriptures and related ancient and modern history with a focus upon Middle Eastern geography if you really want to understand what is taking place there today

But you must decide this for yourself .... you may be disinterested in the subject, and maybe it does not make any difference to you

How do you reach these conclusions? The names given are all descendants of Japheth, plus maybe one or two from Ham.

Let's just focus on what the Bible says, shall we? :). I haven't made any assumptions about you or how you reached your beliefs, so please do me the same courtesy.

I have done so, thanks. I would strongly suggest that you make an effort to re-study the entire Bible, and get rid of silly notions like a supernatural evil fallen angel.

The theology and related interpretive historical/allegorical methodology that you seem to be stuck in will never allow for the correct rendering of the prophetic scriptures .... you have been taught faulty precepts upon which you have built your views regarding the visions of the Bible prophets

Good luck with your journey and studies

Such as what? I've actually been taught (meaning by other people) virtually nothing about prophecy or any deep Biblical concepts.

Good luck with your journey and studies

Thanks, you too.
