How come everyone in Judges seems to have children in sets in ten?

How come everyone in Judges seems to have children in sets in ten?

It would be a type, the sets of 10 (which I know you would already know), but it brings to mind Moses who was to appoint righteous men to judge groups of ten families.

Someone else may have another thought as to why this was so, the sets of ten in Judges.
