Did he ever publish a biblical commentary, and is it available online? If not, are there any notable Christadelphians that have? I often wish to read how someone would interpret a certain scripture.

No, he never wrote a comprehensive commentary.

There is no Christadelphian commentary on the entire Bible AFAIK. There are, however, many Christadelphian commentaries on individual books of the Bible.

Would you have any weblinks to these?

That's a tall order; most Christadelphian commentaries tend to be hardcopy. I guess you could dig around here and see what turns up.

I would like to publicly thank God that he never wrote a biblical commentary. He managed to make enough false predictions (prophecies?) concerning the time that the world would end that it is likely that his commentary would be as silly as the one by Robert Roberts who also had a hard time predicting the time of Christ's coming. If you would like to disagree with me about these men making many false claims about the end times I encourage you to do so. (:

On the contrary, I am happy to agree with you.
