Matthew 24 and Acts 2 say that Jesus will be returning to Mt. Zion in the end times.

Zech.14 says the YHVH will be coming to Mt. Zion in the end times.

How are these passges reconciled to one another?

The principle is that Yahweh acts through Jesus. What God was doing, during the ministry of Jesus, was done by Jesus, by the spirit of God, but it was God's work nonetheless.

Jesus said to his father in prayer, "I have manifested your name unto the men you gave me out of the world"; he also said that he had declared - made known - God's name to them (John 17:6, 26).

When Jesus comes back, he will manifest and represent God, making him known, to all the world, not just to his disciples. As Paul said, God will judge the world in righteousness - that is, it is God who will do it. But he goes on to say that he will do it "by that man whom he has appointed, and given assurance to all by raising him from the dead". (Acts 17:30-31). So it is Jesus through whom it will be accomplished.

In John 5:43 Jesus says, "I have come in my Father's name." The same will be true when he come again. It will be the LORD who comes because Jesus comes in the name of the LORD.

[Looks like Mark beat me to it.]
