April 14th. 2017, 2nd. Day of Unleavened Bread:  :welcome:

The dates for the observance of the Days of Unleavened Bread are listed according to the Hebrew Calendar. The "beginning of months," mentioned in Exodus 12:2, is Nisan or Abib and corresponds to the months of March-April. The Passover was observed at the beginning of the fourteenth day (at sunset—Deuteronomy 16:6) of the first month (Exodus 12:6–8, 11). The Feast of Unleavened Bread began on the fifteenth day of the first month (the next night after the Passover), and continued until the end of the twenty-first day (Exodus 12:15–20).

Also: You shall count for yourselves -- from the day after the Shabbat, from the day when you bring the Omer of the waving -- seven Shabbats, they shall be complete. Until the day after the seventh sabbath you shall count, fifty days...

Leviticus 23:15, 16.

You shall count for yourselves seven weeks, from when the sickle is first put to the standing crop shall you begin counting seven weeks. Then you will observe the Festival of Shavu'ot for the LORD, your GOD Deuteronomy 16:9, 10.

Making today/4-15-17 is the 3rd. Day of Unleavened Bread, but the 2nd. Day of The Omer count.
