Jeremiah 17v9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Mark 7v14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:
7v15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.
7v16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
7v17 And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
7v18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;
7v19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?
7v20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
7v21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
7v22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
7v23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

James 1v14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Help with Temptation

Matthew 26v41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

1 Corinthians 10v12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
10v13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
