are three types of files on this cd....
1. Files which are ready for printing - doc or
rtf files
2. Files which can only be printed from Acrobat
Reader - PDF files
3. Files which have to be unzipped first before
printing - zip files.

Zip
files are documents which have been compressed. Once
a file, or many files, are compressed they can be sent
to someone via e-mail. As the file size is reduced,
sending a zip file is quicker and more efficient than
sending a doc file.
In order to decompress zip files, you will need to install
WinZip which is included on this disc.
